Home remedies for halitosis are quoted by many persons.  This is because of the varying food habits of people. Home remedies for halitosis have been recommended in ancient medicine related literatures also.

To remove the bad breath, many persons chew the green guava or a raw apple. Yeah. This helps to remove the bad odor from the mouth.

Take some parsley leaves. Chop it well into small pieces and then place them in a cup and add water to this  and start boiling it under the low flame. Now you can add one or two teaspoon of powdered cloves or two whole cloves to this. Again boil it. Strain this. Use this solution as a gargling solution and place it in mouth for three to four minutes. Now you see the disappearance of bad odor from your mouth.

Keep the oral hygiene by whatever means. See that you are gargling after the intake of  food every time, in order to drive away of any remnant food particles that rest in the mouth cavity. This is one of the easiest way of removal of halitosis.
Just keep few pieces of whole cloves in the mouth region. This gives you a good smell removing unwanted odor from the mouth.

Usage of Avocado is one of the best home remedies for halitosis. Believe me. This is true with many persons who appreciated its usage whenever they are reported to have a bad mouth.
Kavala is another remedial measure that is often used for the removal of unwanted odor from the mouth. See that it is the sulphur that causes bad odor often in the mouth.

Have fresh vegetables especially raw coconut or raw carrot and try to eat it by biting few pieces of these and they help to remove some bacterial contents from the mouth.
Gargle using saturated solution of salt and retain it in the mouth for three to five minutes. This has tremendous effect as a remedy for halitosis.

You may even gargle with lemon juice mixed with clean water and this is also to be retained in the oral regions for not less than five minutes.

Chew the gum that is not a sweetened one. Yeah. This is of great help to remove the bacterial contents that often form the causal factors for the halitosis.

Gargle with the baking soda and this may yield a tremendous effect for the affected persons.
Eliminate the tooth pastes containing amino acid cysteine and this is true. If used in persons with bad mouth odor, the conditions may get worsened often. Hence, take care, in this regard.

Take diets containing more vitamin C like citrus fruits. For example, you can take plenty of orange juice or grapes.

The fresh fruits and raw vegetables have tremendous cure rate.Ayurvedic preparation containing the herb called Triphala is one of the best home remedies for halitosis.
Zinc and folic acid containing diets have to be included frequently in the diet schedule in addition to intake of food items that have more coenzyme Q10.
