Some of the women folks with thin body is having plump thighs. They may browse the net to find suitable methods to reduce the plump thigh. But everything is not fruitful. I am going to discuss a simple exercise to reduce plump thighs.

1. By leaning on your elbow, lie on your right side

2. In front of your chest place your left hand on the floor with palm downwards

3. Now raise your left leg about 8 inches away from the floor and hold in this position for few minutes

4. Hold up yourself with your hip, hands, andelbow, try to lift your right leg to touch your raised left foot.

5. Now slowly return back the both legs to the original position.

Repeat this exercise five times daily to get a nice and smooth thigh, which is compatible with your body. All the best!!!

Oily skin is a burning problem among teens. They may find different solutions for this problem. But the best home remedy for oily skin is using an astringent. You can buy an astringent lotion from any shop. Mix this lotion with rose water in equal quantities.Store it in a bottle in refrigerator.

Daily use this mixture immediately after washing your face. Wipe the face with this lotion, using cotton wool. Even you can use this lotion whenever your skin feels oily in your face.

You can try this also! Mix Multani Mitti with rose water in equal quantity to become as a paste. You can use this paste daily on your face to get rid of oily skin. Wash it off when the paste becomes dry.

You should avoid moisturizers and creams. Use only oil-free products such as a day cream. Don’t apply any oil in the face. Some of the oil skin persons use almond oil to get rid of this condition. But it is not advisable. It will clog the pores and lead to more pimples.
