
Some of the women folks with thin body is having plump thighs. They may browse the net to find suitable methods to reduce the plump thigh. But everything is not fruitful. I am going to discuss a simple exercise to reduce plump thighs.
1. By leaning on your elbow, lie on your right side
2. In front of your chest place your left hand on the floor with palm downwards
3. Now raise your left leg about 8 inches away from the floor and hold in this position for few minutes
4. Hold up yourself with your hip, hands, andelbow, try to lift your right leg to touch your raised left foot.
5. Now slowly return back the both legs to the original position.
Repeat this exercise five times daily to get a nice and smooth thigh, which is compatible with your body. All the best!!!
