Migraine is a problem that affects women, men, adults, elder people, children and even babies, a 2004 study suggested that there are almost 20 million migraine attacks happening every single day. Those numbers haven’t varied much during the last years. You should know about foods that cure migraine without any side-effects. I am discussing top ten diets that won’t create migraine - so these diets are called as “PAIN SAFE FOODS“-

1. The first and foremost thing that helps to cure migraine is “WATER“. Carbonated forms- Perrier can be used. If not, plain water plays an important role in pain management.

2. Dried non-citrus fruits like prunes, pears, cranberries, cherries, etc.

3. Cooked yellow vegetables like summer squash

4.Cooked orange vegetables like sweet potatoes or carrots

5. Cooked green vegetables, such as broccoli, spinach, Swiss chard, or collards,

6.Rice, especially brown rice.

7. Your diet should be supplemented with calcium, magnesium, etc. in consultation with your health care provider.

8. If you use condiments regularly in your diet, migraine won’t occur. The common suggested condiments include vanilla extract, maple syrup, and small quantity of salt.

9. Fever Few- This is available in most of the health food stores. It is nothing but a herb, which is used for the treatment of fever as well as migraine. It should be taken @ 250 milligrams per day or two to three fresh leaves.

10. Inclusion of 1/2 to 1 teaspoon (1 to 2 grams) of fresh powdered ginger per day helps a lot for the migraineurs. A study confirms that daily intake of ginger helps to get rid of migraine permanently.
