Home Remedy Vomiting.jpg Vomiting is a sign of any kind of illness. Sometimes vomiting occurs in a person to get stomach cleaned. Home remedies of vomiting help a lot to nib the problem in the bud itself.  

Simple home remedy is taking drinking water mixed with honey sip by sip. This will give smoothening effct of the stomach mucus membrane to ease the symptom of gastritis, which is a precursor for vomiting.

Some of my friends used to have ginger tea in the evening to get rid of vomiting. Even few of the vomiting sufferers confirmed that a glass of chilled limejuice ease the problem effectively.

Ginger Tea

Prepare a tea mixture by mixing 1 tsp honey, ½ tsp of ginger juice, one tsp lime juice, and 1 tsp of mint juice. Prefer this mixture to drink daily in the morning with empty stomach.

Wanna a fabulous home remedy for vomiting? Powder two roasted cardamoms and mix it with a teaspoon of honey. Devour this syrup daily before to go to bed.

Please bear in mind that drinking any of the above mixtures should be done sip by sip in order to make your stomach adjust for the fluids not more than 1 or 2 ounces at a time.

Dietary precaution after vomiting

Your vomiting will end sooner or later. An important thing is how to prevent the recurrence of the vomiting. Here also comes the knowledge of home remedies.

Immediately after the vomiting session, please try little quantity of carbohydrate rich food especially “Jell-O”. This is rich in carbohydrate and also available in liquid form.

Carbohydrate intake should be followed with protein rich food—fish or chicken breast (light protein). But you should avoid fat rich food at least for fifteen days because fat will stay a long period in the stomach which may lead to bloating of your stomach.

The best home remedy for after vomiting is intake of light protein diet like chicken soup with rice or chicken noodles, and bland diets like crackers or non-buttered toasts. And also give your tummy rest for few more days to prevent relapse of the condition.
